This policy explains what CaSync.in ("CaSync", "we", "us") does with information and files you share with us when using our services or website.
We collect the information you provide when submitting a form or upload — name, contact details, firm name, and the files you choose to send us (such as GST data, bank statements, or ledger exports). We collect only what is needed to deliver the service you've requested.
Files and information are used solely to process your request and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use client files for public demos or marketing without your written consent and anonymization.
Tools like the Ledger Analyzer process your file entirely within your own browser. The file is never uploaded to CaSync or any third-party server as part of using that tool.
Active job files are kept until the work is completed, plus a short retention window for any follow-up corrections. We delete or archive files on a defined schedule and do not retain client data indefinitely without reason.
We do not share your files or information with third parties except where strictly required to deliver the service you've requested, and never without disclosing this to you.
