CaSync provides document automation and working-file preparation services — including GST reconciliation, bank statement cleaning, ledger analysis, and related tools. Output files are working documents prepared from the inputs you provide.
CaSync is not a chartered accountant, tax advisor, or legal service, and does not provide statutory certification, tax filing, or legal advice. All output should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being used for filing, accounting posting, or any statutory purpose.
We do not guarantee 100% accuracy on any file regardless of quality. Doubtful, missing, or unreadable fields are flagged for your review rather than guessed. You remain responsible for verifying output before relying on it.
One-time services require 50% advance and the balance before final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly plans are billed in advance for the month.
CaSync's liability for any service is limited to the fee paid for that specific service. We are not liable for downstream consequences of decisions made using our output without independent professional review.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
